"Tiffany Pinales PA saved my life because of her i was put on a liver transplant. Went two other doctors diagnose me with liver hemangioma. Instead of cancer. I thank you my wife thank you and my kids thank you and my grand son thank you . We all love you for what you did for the family."
"I would like to share my husband's experience with Dr. Smith ( aka) Race's Smith ... I will explain why I used such a harsh word to describe this Dr. !! This Dr. Instead of being professional and caring towards his patients has none of the above. He told my husband that he didn't know about my husband's case . Didn't even try to look into it for my husband. He simply said " if your in Pain you should go to Mexico" what is that tell u about this Dr. Smith! Why are brining up Mexico? What are you trying to imply here to my husband? How ignorant and un professional. If I owned this clinic and my name was on there I would get that Dr out because a Dr like that could ruin your whole clinics reputation. So hopefully this review helped out before u consider going and wasting your time just to be mistreated."
"My experience with PA Carmen Osorio has been great. She was the one that found a medical condition that many other doctors told me to ignore for more than two years. I owe her my health today. Thank you, PA Osorio. You are a blessing."
"My mom’s appointment was at 10:45am today it’s 11:45 and I asked the lady outside Dr. Cavazos office if my mom is next. She responds to me in a bad way. Her name is Sara. Hopefully she changes her attitude or be moved to a different department where she doesn’t need to be in contact with patients. Most of the patients are seniors. She is not for this position. ABSOLUTELY ‼️"
"Although I was happy at the care and attention I received from my assigned doctor, (when I finally got to him) it was the front office staff and the long waits to see my doctor that finally led me to make a decision to find a new clinic. I treated there for almost a year so I gave it ample time to see if things progressed but they didn't. There is just too much going on and a big lack in communication. In my time there they lost my new insurance information twice, which caused there to be a lapse in my treatment. Every time I tried to straighten it out, the front office staff treated me like I was annoying them and they couldn't be bothered. The wait times were never less than 2 hours and upwards of 4 hours. Many times I would show up fasting and wouldn't have blood drawn until after 10am and at least twice until almost noon. I also had such a hard time obtaining my medical records. They tried to tell me that the if the doctor didn't approve my request, they couldn't give me a copy. I believe the HIPAA laws say different. The last straw for me came when my doctor asked me to come in when I was experiencing certain symptoms. His instructions where to go in and ask to speak to him immediately because he wanted to see first hand what was going on. I did just as he asked but the front office staff told me I had to wait like I was a walk in. I explained to them what the doctor asked me to do and they flat out refused to even let the doctor know I was there. It was about 11am, so I signed in and waited and right at noon they said I had to wait to see the doctor after lunch. I asked if they told him I was there and they said he was too busy and couldn't be bothered. I said okay, and told them I was going to home to lay down and be back before lunchtime was over but they told me if I left, I would lose my place on the list and have to sign in again as a walk in! The doctor was trying to diagnose heart condition and they didn't even care enough to verify with him what they should do. I ended up finding another doctor and finally got the attention my condition required. I am not an unfair person, I brought up my complaints and concerns to management but it always went on deaf ears. Nothing was ever done. I even voiced my concerns to my doctor, who wasn't Dr. Sanchez, (which I never saw) and he said he was also frustrated with the lack of concern for the patients when it came to the supporting staff. Later on that year, the doctor that was treating me left this practice."
