"I tried tapping 5 for some reason my fingers hit 4and 5 but 5 was my first response because I have been with team members with H& R Block for decades and they know there craft this and for the last two years Trent at Veterans square I don't have his card in front of me that is why I left his last name out but he started filling for me this year has well and I need to get some out of pocket reciepts that would have taken me more time because of a knee replacement I had recently anyway Trent went ahead of preparing my taxes which he had explained I would have had to owe and realizing my physical situation he done his research and days went by and I still didn't have enough information to get a refund has I was calling him he called me first and explained to me I didn't owe but instead found a way of getting me back a return much larger than I thought so that is the reason for a 5 because he did his job above and beyond and he knows his stuff I am greatful for his diligence has well ."

"While our original tax professional was not punctual with our appointment (as well as another issue*), the other people in the office did a great job trying to make it a better situation. The receptionist, Cathy, was exceptional. We ended up switching to Michelle as our tax professional and she was very helpful and pleasant. So those 2 get 5 stars! Not this office's issue, more for HR block in general: I wish the preparation costs were more transparent. They give a range of $169-558 of what it could cost to file for a family. $400 is a big range. *They are apparently supposed to go over your expected cost before you have them begin preparation. Our original tax professional did not. I would go back and see Michelle again because I feel like I would have had a better overall experience if I had just started with her."
