"My tax preparer started late for my appointment, kicked me out and told me to come back later when her next appointment arrived, rescheduled me again when I showed up for our rescheduled appointment, and then had me sit and wait for an hour and a half when I came in for my third "appointment." When I finally did get seen, she was rude, inattentive, and shared inappropriate details with me about her previous clients. The price she was going to charge me was a good $200 more than we discussed at the beginning. After actually filing with Turbo Tax, it turns out she had missed some pretty sizable deductions for me as well. Everyone that I interacted with there was extremely rude and could not seem to care less about their jobs. Honestly, just go with TurboTax."
