"WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I just want to share my experience about H&R Block. It was our first time filing for tax return since we just arrived here nov last year. When we availed their service, Catherine gave us the documents and said that we need to mail the ITIN processing document along with the tax return document. She mentioned to call her back after we received the ITIN number and we did. We provided her the ITIN and she said she will try to submit the tax return along with the ITIN electronically. Thus, causing duplicate tax return request in IRS. The IRS reached out to us for an onsite verfication because of this duplicate. We also tried to reach to Catherine about this but she never returned our call. The on site verification cause a lot of stress and money because of appointment availability."
