"I tried to have my tax prepared at this location, but was not able to due to a technical issue that they cannot resolve for some reason. The manager Vanessa tried to help out but to no avail. It baffles me as to how they were not able to resolve the issue they created. Every time they pull up my profile, it will show as my sister’. It was escalated to their IT dept but they were useless as well. No call from manager or any of the staff for updates. When I called to request for my documents so I could find another preparer I was put on hold for 45 mins by the receptionist Christine, who literally forgot I was still on. I would be taking my business somewhere else, which is very unfortunate because I didn’t have issues prior to this year. Such a waste of my time."
