"Wonderful hospital and dermatology department. Great staff, clean clinic, and thoroughness. Dr Rees and technician Shannon were wonderful with my cat, Phoenix, and communicated everything to my understanding, and had no problem answering any questions or concerns I had. I could tell by my cats demeanor that she was extremely content and comfortable with them and the clinic as a whole. I could tell that they handled her well when they treated her in the back treatment area, to the point that she patiently waited by the door for them until they returned. "On October 9th, 2023 I took my sweet girl Gucci to MedVet. I found out from my regular veterinarian that she was a diabetic, severely dehydrated and emaciated. So when I brought her to MedVet they told me if I tried to save her it would be a hard road with no guarantee. This time for us was so hard to make a decision to put her down. She stopped eating and walking. So when the time came I cried so hard because I didn't want this. We decided to have her cremated.When I picked her up they had her in a tiny bag with her paw print. The doctor was so sweet and the staff members as well. I want to thank everyone for your kindness and what you did for me. I received a card in the mail today with all the sweet words from the staff. I hope I never have to go through this again."
