"Gerald and his staff do a good job here. If you are in a big hurry when coming to a pool store you should beware. Its either busy or very slow. I enjoy the people at this location and they do a good job trying to solve problems."

"My motor on my main pool pump broke down. I was able to disconnect the motor and take it into Leslie's. When I walked in, I was greeted by Isaiah and Gerald. They immediately asked me how they could help and looked up inventory specs for the Whisperflo motor I had. Gerald located the motor in the shop and got me ready to go within 10-15 minutes. It was a Leslie's brand Jacuzzi motor. It installed perfectly and runs very quietly. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this Leslie's and their products."

"This would be the Leslies on I 10 by the Academy on the north side down from HEB. They’re not very crowded but they’re very friendly and helpful. I don’t think the staff is very experienced in their chemicals and extra teas. There is another one across the highway near the Kroger‘s which is always been staff by excellent technicians and their summer help absolutely horrible, and they need to move post haste to get more qualified people in at the manager isn’t there."

"Went in to get a water test, ive never been to Leslie's pool since I didn't have a pool. I went to the front counter and said hi how are you to the girl behind the counter, she did not even look up to say anything. Her customer service was horrible. I asked for her name and she stated Angelica, she told me I needed an account account to have water tested, I proceeded to explain that this was my first time going through this process but her attitude did not change. I went and spoke to the Gerald the Mgr on duty he was more helpful, I explained the situation and he helped me out. I told him that Angelica had a bad attitude, angelica followed me to the back of the store and called me a liar. Owning my own company I know what it is to work in the customer service area and this young lady lacks service and experience in this department."
