"I would recommend this place to anyone in the Woodlands/Magnolia area! Speaking as someone in the industry (pool construction) and someone who was a former employee, they run a great ship. First of all, they don’t rip you off with products you don’t need. They sell you exactly what you need and won’t oversell. They’re a type of place that the employees remember you when you come In. Brent, the owner of the business, is extremely personable and leads his employees well. Brent gives students an opportunity to make extra money, coordinating with their school and personal schedule while teaching them the pool industry with correct information. Devin, the manager, has worked there for years both in the store and out in the field. He knows almost every pool question you can ask and if he doesn’t know it, he will get the answer. He does a great job of taking care of every customer. I learned a lot working with Brent and Devin at PSP."

"The owner and his staff always have a positive attitude. They are willing to listen and help out with whatever concerns you may be having with your pool. Heck, I think they would listen to your other concerns if you want to share. These guys do not try to upsell you on anything. They recommend what is needed and their prices are fair. After becoming a new pool owner, I was recommended by someone to go to Sterling Ridge Pool Supply Plus. I am very happy with them and their service. I was real nervous about taking care of our pool by myself but my neighbor recommended that I go here and they are very thorough, concise, and explain how to do everything very easily. So thankful to have an honest resource as many of the pool companies I checked around with tried to scare me saying that my pool was basically toxic and unless they did the service the pool would never be right especially because it was new.
