"These guys are the best. I’ve been in my house for a little over a year now (1st time pool owner). They test my water and only sell me what I actually need (unlike Leslie who try to get $100 out of you every visit). They have pool parts, chemicals and the most important thing, I they share their knowledge! I had a sudden major cloudiness issue pop up out of nowhere. I asked them about it. Instead of telling me to have their tech come for a service visit, they gave me a list of things to check on my own. The 2nd thing on the list was my problem. I fixed it for a $3 dollar part (an O ring which they had in stock). I can’t imagine a better place to help me take care of my pool!"
"The lady who helped me was really helpful in educating me on different pool treatment techniques. They have better staffing that Leslie pools, which allows you some time to learn from the experts and better treat your pool. They had supply that had been out of stock at Leslie’s (went there first since it is closer to my house). It is just nice to deal with happy and smiling people. There is not a pressure to buy things. It just works. Thanks a lot! I will drive further and past the other place for this experience."

"I am new to owning a pool and Don Miguel and his team are great at explaining the ins and outs of maintaining it correctly. I go there once a week to have my water (freely!) tested and I know I'll always be warmly welcome. I think that what I like the most is that no one is trying to sell me stuff I don't need.
