"Came to see house and make an estimate. Said that he will get me the estimate by Monday. Never received an estimate. Waited 2 weeks, called them and they said they would get back to me. Never did. Another week went by and called them again. They said they decided they are too busy to do the job so they didn't make up an estimate. We questioned them and said why didn't you call and let us know? That they wasted time. They hung up on us. When they came to see the house, i asked if they would have the time to do the job soon and he said yes... Why why why did they do this. So frustrating."
