"They underestimated the repairs by quite a bit since they never really looked at the damage until they had it there to work on. The repair took 2 weeks longer than estimated as well, so I didn't have my vehicle for a total of 3 weeks. After I finally got it back and checked it over items originally quoted for repair were not done and there was hardware missing and bare metal that was not primed or repainted. The surface repairs looked decent. I had to call them repeatedly to get updates on what was going on with my vehicle and to find out when it was finally done. I was not impressed with the customer surface and would not recommend them."
