Reviews
"I have evidence that the homeowners association inspector racially discriminates against individuals living within this community. Not once for years has Colony Bend addressed deed violations on Colony Dr. She only backed off from my property after being sent a cutthroat letter from a lawyer regarding race-based profiling when this inspector attempted to profit off of falsely accusing my property of illegally operating a business within my home."
"The trainers and crews are very cool and friendly but water was not clean at all, lot of leaves and bugs around. No warm shower and changing room."
"I had the extraordinary privilege of serving as a lifeguard and a manager at the Colony Grant Pool for about three years. I understand that I have made many mistakes; most importantly, I learned from them and moved forward from them professionally. Regarding my unethical conduct in the workplace, I understand that my clients do not expect them, and I would like to apologize sincerely. However, accusing me of being Asian and disgusting, as well as recommending for my termination, is beyond the scope of your privilege as one of the hundreds of residents. I had a great privilege of immigrating to the U.S. from China in 2007 and thus becoming an American citizen about two months ago, in June 2022. If you would like to call me Asian again, then please do that to my relatives in China, NOT here in America. I would like to report Mr. Whoever for such xenophobic accusations."
"Pool is fine. There's seating for swimmers and parents to wait, and it's a smaller pool. The bathrooms, however, are disgusting--we have gone in several times just to turn right back around because they were so gross."
"Parking is limited. There is no seating area. However it is borders Grants Lake. So it has a nice view. Decent place to wait while your child is finishing up the swimming class."
