"Pool pump cracked a seal plate during our freezing weather. Naturally, everyone in this part of Texas was in the same bind. I called 14 different places all over the San Antonio area and surroundings. Average wait for service appointment......1 month at the earliest. My pool is now beyond green. I found Russell Jones from Aqua Tex, explained my situation and he was here the next day to pick up my pump. "AFTER THE FREEZE!! I am a (retired) Texas Certified Pool Operator. So, believe me when I say, this is the company to deal with for all your pool needs. I called and spoke to Russell and made an appointment for him to come check my pump. I was afraid the pump was damaged and needed to possibly be replaced after our recent freezing temperatures. The pump wouldn't come on at all. He called before arriving and checked out my pump, which had mysteriously started running again on its own. There was nothing wrong with the pump!!! Joy!! I had him install a pipe for backwashing, because the hose had split. He did this quickly and was on his way. The service was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Seriously I have lived with this pool for 7 years and Russell is the best!!"

"Iv lived in my home for 20 years the house and pool is from the 70s... well as long as iv lived here I had a pool company that just never seemed to care yeah they do chemicals but never looked at my pumps my filter my timers shoot I didnt even know I had spa jets. Well I have been working Russell for awhile now and has replaced my timer up graded my pumps to high efficiency even dug up my valve and replaced it so i have spa jets i didnt even know existed i thought they where jets that didnt work.
