"Incredibly caring and responsive Vet and staff! My previous vet closed at the end of the year and my cat was showing signs of mouth/tooth discomfort. Not only was I able to easily book online for the same week, they were very transparent about all pricing and potential procedures that might be needed. Even after surgery they stayed actively engaged and were ready to answer my follow up questions throughout my cat’s recovery!"

"I initially went to GoodVets because a new location had opened that was very convenient for me, and as it was new, they had a lot of availability. In our first appointment, the vet told me about their Wellness plan, a monthly fee that includes a lot of services. As I have a senior dog, this seemed like a good option. I am very diligent about asking questions and I asked about the cancellation process and I was told that I could cancel at any time, with no fees. Great! I signed up. We took our dog in for a few appointments and at first, I was satisfied with their services. The staff is nice, but I started to feel like the vet techs were inexperienced. They always needed my assistance to administer care for my dog and honestly seemed like they found him annoying. He weighs about ten pounds and wouldn’t hurt a fly, but they would need me to help with giving shots, medication, etc. I love my dog, so I don’t mind, but I’ve never had a vet before that required so much assistance from me to administer basic treatment to my dog. The vets also didn’t seem to be able to offer much in a diagnosis or course of treatment for minor ailments, but instead pushed expensive exams and services that weren’t covered by the Wellness Plan. The last straw was that my dog needed some antibiotics and had a negative reaction to them where he was throwing up for multiple days. When I called the office to get some guidance from the vet or potentially a different antibiotic prescribed, all I was offered was that I should “keep an eye on him.” I called the office in order to cancel my plan, as I believed was possible due to the way it was initially presented to me. I was told there would be a 770 dollar fee for canceling and when I explained that the office had not explained the plan “contract” to me, the office manager called me a liar. Twice. She did not inquire as to if there were any issues with their services that I was dissatisfied with. When I searched my patient portal or invoice receipts for the terms of the wellness plan “contract” it was nowhere to be found. Turns out the only way to access the actual terms of the agreement that you are paying monthly for is by going back in time and clicking on a tiny link BEFORE you click enroll. Shame on me, I guess, for not reading the fine print and trusting what was said to me in the office. However, I believe GoodVets intentionally obfuscates the terms of this wellness plan in order to prey on vulnerable pet owners who are just trying to get the best care for their pet. So now, I appear to be locked into a “contract” with this office that I clearly don’t feel comfortable bringing my dog to again, due to the subpar services and treatment by office staff. Win for them! They get my money and I won’t be using their services! Maybe that’s what they were hoping for all along. Once you sign up for the wellness plan, it seems they have no incentive to provide good patient care or customer service, because they already have your money and that’s all they care about. Also please know that you cannot get out of this plan if your pet dies, or transfer it to a new pet in that case. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET TRICKED LIKE I WAS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."

"Words can’t express just how much I appreciated my experience with this vet. My dog was experiencing the end of his life, I was so worried and unsure of how to keep him comfortable and what exactly I was dealing with. I had a terrible experience with a previous vet and was looking for empathy and support. Dr. Nicole handled my boy with so much care and love. She was on the ground, gently inspecting him and giving sound advice on how to navigate next steps. I will forever be grateful to this place for meeting me where I was and helping me during the last few weeks of his life. Thank you, Dr. Nicole and the entire good vets team. They were quick to respond and nimble with solutions and suggestions. I will be back with my next dog. 10/10 experience."

"Very good experience taking my cat here for the first time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice clean & modern facility. Easy getting / booking the appointment online (even got same day), and the vet & vet tech were good with my nervous pet. Also nice that they have a parking lot."
