"We have been going to AHAH for many, many years. I guess that speaks for itself. 4 cats and two dogs and they all lived long lives. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. A little bit difficult to leave the parking lot sometimes but that is our only complaint."
"We have been taking our beloved dog Gina here for years and have always been impressed with the kindness and caring they show to our darling girl!"
"My kitten was put down at this facility….. I paid for her shots and a clinical visit to have the sweet doctor tell me that the actual surgery would be 1500 but while it was expensive it would not uncomplicate her life or even really work….. I just really wish that I was told this before I spent the $265. I dropped my kitten off at 830am and was told I would hear something by noon….. my husband had to call repeatedly to get a full answer on my sweet kitten…and even that garnished a call back…..because of all the complications on a surgery that had a 30/70 percent chance of being successful we as a family decided to put her to rest….when we came back into the clinic tearful instead of being empathetic the person at the desk asked if we were going to euthanize and wanted to get the bill out of the way….. which I understand cause it’s a business but have some chill about you…. I don’t want to hear about a bill and don’t announce it to everyone in the lobby….. It was just very uncool my daughter birthday was on that Saturday she was putting her sweet kitten on the rainbow bridge….The cool thing was the sweet doctors and vet technician was very sweet and showed empathy and gave a some time to say good bye…. I just want to say thank you to the doctor and technician that helped with the transaction…. To the front office staff I feel like maybe show some empathy to people who are losing a pet…. It was a hard day and situation and as I said before I get it it’s a business but be cool….and careful/mindful with your words. We were going to pay you, ( we did pay before she crossed over ) we were/are still grieving… Thanks"
"The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic experience! The scheduling person (front desk) on 09/26/23 was very rude and unfriendly, as we were seeking guidance for our elderly pet."
