"On December 18, 2022 the door starred making a new loud squeaky noise going up and down. I could not figure out where the source was. On December 20, 2022 the door went up and got jammed coming down. The last roller on the left side jumped the track and the roller fell to the floor. That was at 6:35 am and it was 21 degrees outside. When our trouble shooting was not working we called Diamond first at 7:02 am. We received a call back at 7:43 am. Eddie said he would swing by within a hour and the door was operational again at 8:57 am. He replaced the roller and got the door back on the track all for a reasonable price. It's good to have a local guy know what they are doing and get it done efficiently for a reasonable price."
"Last night after coming home, I tried to close my garage door and I heard a snap and my door was lopsided and a rail was bent. This morning, I did a general google search for garage repair and went down the list. Luckily, this company actually answered their phone instead of an automated voicemail. They came within an hour on a Sunday @ 20deg and replaced/lubricated the cables within the hour for a very reasonable price. He thoroughly explained what caused the break and provided maintenance tips to help prevent it in the future. He did not try to upsell me for any other items or push me to replace the entire system. I truly appreciate the rapid response, expedient/essential repairs, and honest pricing. Highly recommended!"
"I am beyond pleased with Diamond Garage Doors! I had 2 issues with two different houses and called on Monday and Eddy came out immediately. He fixed the problem in record time. He then booked me for Wednesday morning at another house in Schaumburg to install an opener and was again done in record time. The work he did was beyond efficient, the nicest guy, and funny!! He cleaned up and the professionalism was outstanding. The pricing and quote was extremely affordable and totally fair. I would not use any other company ever.
