"I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t not for our experience! Yale was unbelievable. I’m always weary of hiring companies for tasks that I know nothing about. I have been taken advantage of in the pat. From the minute Hale entered our house, he was warm and trustworthy. After spending 30+ minutes with us, not only was he able to find the source of our problem; but advised us to wait on fixing it to avoid unnecessary charges. Mind blown. "Yale was awesome. We had our kitchen sink clogged just before thanksgiving dinner. We called a few 24/7 services to no avail. I called Yale the next morning based off the reviews and confirmed they are 100% fact. Yale is a pro, first came in to inspect and then said he wanted to try plunging the sink first (way better plunger than I had and tried, even shared I can get it on Amazon for $30 which I have bought since) before pouring chemicals that would cost extra. He was right the first time and cleared it. I will be using Yale going forward, he left a great impression not only with his knowledge, but his honesty which is few and far between. He was punctual, informative and very reasonably priced. He even came back to our home on a Friday night to meet with a separate contractor in order to ensure that the home issue was resolved.
