"JR earned my future business when I stopped by to get an estimate for a repair to my front bumper after (somewhat gently) running into our garage...twice. I had already gotten a quote for about $750 from another local shop. JR explained that I could replace some parts for 2-3K to have it looking "perfect" again, or could do a more low-key fix. When I explained that I did not need perfection, he brought out some solvent to get the white garage paint off of my silver car, and then told me where to find touch-up paint online. He went so far as to show me how to find the paint color (a label inside of the car door) and explain how to best use it once I get it. All of that for no charge, and when I swung by on a Fri afternoon while running errands. (I had left a message earlier in the week to make an estimate appt and had not heard back).
