"AMAZING job! I wish I could give them an even higher rating, but 5 stars is the max…where do I begin. My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. Other companies treated me like just another sale or deal to be made, NOT Tomasz. They treated me like FAMILY. Any issues I had he showed up so quickly, great communicator, and the team he works with was top notch. Professional, courteous, and so well trained/experienced. Will recommend New Comfort to my friends and family and look forward to knowing I have them covering my HVAC needs for years to come. LOOK NO FURTHER for your next HVAC or service call!! "After searching high and low for a reputable company, I came across New Comfort Heating and Cooling. Thy have the rating they do for a reason. We had Tomaz and his team put in an entire home HVAC system, which on a side note, the one that was being replaced was only 6 years old. The first company who installed the system would have done a better job with bubble gum and stickers. Anyway, Tomaz and his entire team have been nothing short of professional. We had a strict timeline to stick to having to move out to an extended stay hotel for two weeks due to having pets, and they stayed on course and even finished a bit early. Tomaz is available to answer questions whenever we need or even stop by if called upon. Super great people! Highly, highly recommended."
