"Derrick was very professional. He went to work immediately after arriving, assessed our kitchen sink drain line blockage and the path of the entire 40 foot drain line with several turn in it. He was able to rod out and clear the line. He tested the cleared line for about 15 minutes to ensure it was working properly. He took precautions to protect our floors and cleaned all surfaces prior to leaving."
