"We have had 2 artworks framed at this Frame Shop and have been happy with them until last week when one Fell off the wall. From looking at the frame after it fell I could see that the hardware screw on one side of the frame was had been installed only partially into the frame material. Since we paid over $275. each I thought to call the store and tell them what happened, the Frame Shops response was they were sorry to hear that it fell off the wall, that was it. I then thought I would just repair the frame myself and did but days later when I attempted to rehang the picture I realized the frame material being cardboard material and not wood the repair I did not hold. Expensive lesson learned! So upset and want to warn others of my experience especially when they so dismissed me about this issue. A extremely disappointed senior citizen."
