"I had a not so pleasant experience at the CLINIC front desk but that was just due to one bad apple & the veternarian herself that did the wellness check was phenomenal. The surgical clinic was perfection. From the front desk, to the operation, to the post op explanations. What a pleasant staff to deal with. Sol is doing great, although he despises me because the cone of shame had to go on due to attempts to overgroom surgical sight (It's OK he'll get over it once healed and it's removed and is given his favorite treats with pets again) I want to specifically thank the manager for making some accommodations for me and giving me a call personally. You are a great person, & I can tell you really care for our pets so truly thank you very much to the staff of the surgical center, the manager, & the back of the house veternarian & helper of the wellness center. As for the front desk employee, maybe get the run down from the veterinarian before making condescending guilt tripping comments to patient's owners. All in all I give the surgical clinic 10/10. Not just because of the affordability, but because of the excellent veternarian and surgical staff!"

"Got my American Pitbull Terrier spayed here! My pet hadn’t received vaccines yet and the staff told me about their wellness clinic and even got us straighten out with vaccines before coming in for her spay. Booking was very easy and Alexis was very thorough about drop off and pick up and answered any questions i had. Drop off was very simple and my girl happily went back with the staff while i finished picking her surgical package(we went with their gold package). Pick up was even better. Once I paid we got an entire run down of do’s and don’t’s for Molly by a technician by the name of Carla. All staff were very kind and compassionate and took care of my Molly girl as if it was their own! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with dogs or cats looking for affordable spaying and neutering! Thank you Spay Illinois Team!"

"My kittens just got surgery at Spay Illinois, one spay and one neuter. Scheduling through their call center was easy and the reps were very informative. They sent a surgery confirmation with instructions and everything you need to know before the appointment, this was super helpful! They even included the surgery form, so you could print it out and bring it with you. Drop off and pick up were smooth. Both the receptionists and technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I had a great experience at Spay and will be using them again in the future! Thanks for taking such great care of my babies!"

"Wanted to try another facility to getting my new kitten neutered so I took my healthy, indoor, 6 m/o kitten in for a neuter surgery a week ago. He came back home, within two days after, is sneezing and has lethargy. What a pleasant surprise he has upper respiratory virus and oral ulcers, spread around to my whole house of cats. The kitten has been sneezing/congested and now has discharge dripping out of his nose. The older cat in the picture developed ulcers on his nose/mouth, which he scratched at, is sneezing/congested and can barely breathe out of his nose. Cat tried to drink his water and eat and 5 minutes after he’s vomiting on the couch by me my poor babe. My cats do not go outside the house and do not have contact with other felines. Their whole personalities have changed since this visit. Will never recommend or return here, such a chaotic environment for the pets as well and you’re better off going somewhere that cares about the individual pet’s health and well-being for sure. And you can forget about the “low cost” advertisement just because they offer the same services of surgery for feral animals with diseases from the street. The only “low cost” aspect is they aren’t spending enough on cleaning supplies for their load of pet population. PLEASE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR PETS, YOU DESERVE BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS."

"If I can give -million stars I most certainly would! RUDE managers RUDE staff! I drove an hour out of my way called of a 16 hr shift to book an appointment, they took him in for 2 minutes and YELLED TO COME BACK, saying he bit someone and are REFUSING SERVICE!!! I prepaid prebooked, they had the audacity to say he bit them in his cage... U DONT PULL A CAT OUT OF HIS CAGE FORCEFULLY!! U LET THEM WALK OUT OR NICELY ASSIST THEM!! I asked to see the video footage and has been denied. The only helpful person was Jessica! I appreciate u and ur service. Then they had the audacity to throw him in a build a bear box instead of his actual carrier. THIS SERVICES WAS THE ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN WORST IVE EVER RECEIVED!! VERY VERY UNHAPPY!! Then to top it all off they tried to refuse me a refund!!"
