"We had our pool renovated several years ago and when it was done it LOOKED fantastic. However, the follow up, service and quality of materials have proven to be disappointing. The edge coping they put in is a type of sandstone which degrades so that lots of sand gets in the pool and it is difficult for the Polaris sweeper to pick up. The Breeze Salt cell chlorinator Tru Blue installed worked great, but it fell off the wall when the screws didn’t hold, but the unit did not break. Tru Blue came out to screw it back up and it fell a second time and broke when it fell. I spent $1500 dollars getting a new salt cell installed. If they had just done it right the first I would still be using the original salt cell. Not recommended."

"We hired Tru Blu to replace tile and coping around our pool. The job eventually got done.. but the workmanship from the contractors were sub par. The grout is messy and the inside of the stones look bad. I gave up on asking for things to be corrected. When you pay this much for something you would hope the Manager of the company would look at it and say this needs to be fixed... not wait for the customer to do it. My coping was not sealed so after one year it is discoloring and chipping. The grout is already cracking. Just disappointing."

"We moved into the area this past summer and discovered that our pool had been "patched up" for cosmetics but had not been properly repaired and there were several leaks. We decided to completely renovate and called around to several companies. Only 2 responded to our calls. Mark came out the same day we called. He was very personable and patient with our many questions and concerns. Once we decided to go with them, they started work immediately, the week of Christmas! All the crews have been very nice and efficient. Each day they cleaned up before they left and progress was easily seen. Today is January 2 and we are a few hours away from refilling the pool.
