"I wanted to stay and watch to see how he fixed my phone. I was told to leave and that I couldn’t come back for 20 min. Needless to say my phone came back in worse condition. Never again. I had to get a whole brand new phone 2 weeks later because the battery that he replaced was already used and exploded in my phone. Do not take your devices here. I will take my phone back to whatever carrier I bought it from if I ever have problems again. Don’t care if I have to pay more. I already alerted the T mobile in the same mall to let them know to warn people about this business."
