"One of our 50 gallon water heaters wasn't working right and we were not getting the right amount of hot water. We called Midland and Karen dispatched a team promptly. Tommy diagnosed the issue, and one of the heaters needed to be replaced. He provided us several options and we decided to replace both heaters with a tankless system. Tommy and Chris came out the very next day, once parts were received, and did the install. They did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. The site was cleaned up once they finished, and they explained the new system to us. If we ever need work done again we will be using Midland.
