"On May 23, 2019, I went to have a cracked screen repaired. If I remember correctly, it cost $204. It was finished by the time I was done with work, so I was reasonably happy as I walked out the door with my 6-month warranty on parts and labor. But, now, 10-months or so from the date of repair, my screen is failing. Technically, they did what they said they would. But I feel that the screen failing so soon after the warranty expiring is shady af."

Cliff then called all the local stores trying to locate one to no avail. The battery is on back order only. Afternoon shipment came with the 1 battery I needed & Cliff called me back. 45 minute repair & my phone is up & running. Cliff's customer service was above & beyond.
