"I had an elevator emergency in my building that needed to be resolved. Remind you this was in the middle of the night. I tried calling other elevator services to take care of the elevator issue. No one answered the phone or i got answering service saying that they will page the on call tech and have them call me back. This same thing played out over and over. Same old Bs I'm going to call one more place and I got a live person not an answering service or voicemail. The person I spoke to was John he actually picked up the phone. I told him my situation and advised him that this needs to be taken care of right away. John told me that he would have his techs out their soon.
