"Called on Friday before Labor Day to schedule an appointment to diagnose our Samsung fridge. Rich tells me he’ll call before arriving to schedule a time yet he shows up to our door with no call, comes inside and checks out our fridge for not even 3 minutes and slaps us with his $59 service charge just to tell us how bad Samsung appliances are and that we need a new fridge. This fridge wasn’t our choice as it came with our home however I was hoping for a service and not someone to tell me something I could’ve found out on google. After I asked why he couldn’t just call and tell me this over the phone, he stated “I didn’t save your number. I normally save all numbers but only saved your address”. Based on our experience, if you have a Samsung appliance, your best bet is YouTube or google. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere with someone who is detailed, helpful and professional."
