They went out of their way to help me, giving me a ride back and forth to my house when I couldn't get one due to an unexpected issue with my car. Excellent prices and they were even willing to work with me on the price. Inspection report was well done and thorough, and the job was completed very quickly. Guys were great with pricing & warranty and repairs were done quickly. They were even nice enough to allow me to bring my car back when it started running rough & service it for me. "On 01/19/2024, my girlfriend’s 2006 Honda Accord completely stopped working. The vehicle needed to get fixed immediately because this was her only transportation. I spoke to Erik (Manager) on the phone, and briefed him on the situation she was in. Erik told me to drop it off tonight, and he would inspect it first thing in the morning. On 01/20/2024, Erik called to notify me the starter and battery terminals needed replacement. I gave him the okay, and a few hours later the vehicle was ready for pick up. My girlfriend and I picked up the vehicle, and I could see the joy on her face having her vehicle back. Erik gave me recommendations what should be replaced in the near future to keep the vehicle in good working order. I have to say, this Auto Plus in Lombard Erik runs is clean, efficient, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop. Check out their 6 month financing credit card. "I value the honesty Auto Plus has shown over the years. I recently needed exhaust work and they offered me to replace the parts for around $1,200 or they could weld the existing exhaust for $250. I had breaks replaced and continued to get a consistent squeak when stopping. They gave me no hassle and replaced the breaks at no cost. I am happy to give them my business as they have proven to be upfront, timely and consistent."
