"Went here to get my phone's cracked screen replaced. Don't get me wrong, they get the job done, but lacking in customer service. Front desk lady sounded like she was reading off a script in her head. Didn't make the effort to find an answer to some of my questions. Said my device would be completed in 1-2 weeks, but was ready for pickup 3 days later, that basically sums up my visit. I will be taking my business to the Montgomery branch from now on, as they have excellent customer service, are very friendly, and are very knowledgeable on what they are doing."

"The whole experience was excellent. The technician explained everything, there is no charge for a diagnosis and quote, and they got back to me in a day. She called me to explain what they found with my laptop and when they were inspecting it they found a loose ribbon cable and secured it. They put it back together and tested it and the flicker was gone! Fingers crossed that fixed it. No charge. I am considering their home coverage plan. I will definitely use them first for my electronics repairs."
