"Watch Repairs did not include a battery in my watch, after I sent the watch in working with a battery in it. My watch still is not working, until I am able to again go to another watch repair. I sent the watch in for crystal replacement initially which was done, but no battery. This is very inconvenient, cost me money, time, redundant, and shows unprofessionalism and laziness by this company. Also to add the crystal the company replaced cracked again without me banging or hitting it hard on a surface. Also the tachometer that was on the face of the watch was not there when they sent my watch back. I asked for a refund but they will not refund me"

"Everything done as advertised. The shipping process was easy. Turnaround time was reasonable for great craftsmanship. Their watch overhaul is amazing. They buffed the scratches out of the case and the band. It returned to me in new condition. Excellent!"

"The shipping cost is outrageous for ground shipping. The price I paid should warrant overnight with a signature. Customer care didn't care at all. She basically told me to buzz off. Be aware make sure you insure your watch not what it is worth so you can get reasonable shipping. It will come ground. It was way over priced. I had just put a new battery in it before I shipped it. They charge me for a new battery?! This is like finding a bad mechanic. You need your car to be fixed , you trust them and they charge you way more than they should. You wonder if they are even doing what they say they are doing. I wouldn't trust this company. Find a different one. I should have did more research on this company. O well, you learn and life. Don't use them. I've learned.... My time piece was scraped on the back of the case and not put on correctly. They said they would buff and polish the band which they did not! My watch works. But this company is trash. Also a brand new battery was put in prior to me shipping my watch. They put a "new" one in ... another nice charge. my watch works but not without a couple of scars from this 1 star company"

"I had a great experience with Watch Repairs USA LLC! My 30 plus year old Tag Heuer experienced critical damage while I was playing tennis. The watch broke free so the 12 was where the 11 should be. Heuer and a few other watch repair shops told me that the parts to do the repairs were no longer available and the watch could not be repaired. I searched and after months found Watch Repairs USA. They had a great system of sending and I was informed that the watch was repairable. It took a few weeks, but the watch was returned working great and looking great. I was amazed and truly grateful that the watch could be repaired and once again be my every day watch. It looks great, and as I have a nice collection of vintage watches, my plan from here forward is to use Watch Repairs USA exclusively. I don't often post reviews, but this review was important to me to let others know that my experience was excellent!"
