"From not answering the phone to forgetting to order books, this place has disappointed more than once. They don't seem to get the fact that they are a retail establishment so answering your phone and providing correct information should be minimum operating requirements. It is a shame that I will now have to drive 30 minutes ONE way for the THIRD time next week to obtain the books I need for just three classes. The first visit was met with a promise that they were ordering the missing books right then....I mean the guy was literally tap, tap, tapping away on his keyboard as he told me this whopper. The promised exceptional customer service never materialized which required another drive to the campus on Friday. And now, I have to take time out from a part-time job, an internship and a full time course load to travel back to the campus at some point next week to pick up the last book. Since they don't answer their phone, and don't make the promised phone calls to customers, I am hopeful that I will get by with only one more trip there. I am most thankful that this is my last semester dealing with this customer service wasteland. Barnes & Noble should be embarrassed."
"For alot of us the drive out there is pretty far it's a half hour at least for me so I dont go out unless I absolutely have to. I have a kid and a job so it would be pretty nice if they actually answered their phones so I could get a 2 sec question answered instead of having to drive a half hour. Been calling back to back for 20 minutes its ridiculous and unprofessional. Shouldn't be surprised though every time I go in that's the kind of disrespectful attitude I get in person too."
