"We had a small gas leak by our dryer that the prior owner of the house was nice enough to leave for us to deal with. Excellent Plumbing came out and addressed the problem quickly, professionally, and for an upfront price. They even took a look at and tested my my meter outside when I said I was smelling gas outside too (Nicor ended up coming out and replacing most of the equipment on the side of my home) for no extra. I will use Excellent again. They were friendly to deal with and seem fair. Edit: I hired Excellent Plumbing again to replace a kitchen faucet and replace a leaking toilet (and associated leaking angle valve). Both jobs were completed professionally and they tried to repair the toilet before settling on replacement. The bill was bigger this time but still seemed fair for being here several hours."

"You can't beat Gino for quality work with no messing around! I had a main sewer backup that nobody else could fix. I have an overhead sewer line (not easy), which a couple professionals before wouldn’t even attempt, but Gino was confident he could do the job. He got here right on time and worked like a superhero to get it cleared 80ft down the main line and totally gave me my house back! I watched what he was doing, and I can tell you he earned every dollar that day. He did such good work I had him come back a couple days later to install a new water heater.
