"Our well pump was out of service on Thursday. I called up couple of well service companies H2O Well & Pump was at their best with their estimates and were first to show up and provide service at scheduled appointment They replaced my pump in 1 hour, knew exactly what are they doing and keep it up to the mark.. don’t ask for unwanted replacement or installations Made some adjustments to my pressure tank and our water was running with no issues They are too good with all years of experience they have Thank you Kurt and Mark for all your efforts I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again"

"Our well pump failed on a Sunday. I called 4 well service companies and the only one with a positive response was H2O Well & Pump. They asked me to text my address to them and we had running water within about 3 hours from the call. Professional, great service (with a smile). They did a great job without trying to upsell anything. Greatly appreciated with my economic condition. No nonsense great service at a great price. "I left a voicemail for H2O Well & Pump when we needed to replace our water tank. Kurt called me back on a Saturday and was very responsive. He gave me a quote on the spot as I knew which tank we wanted to install. Kurt & Mark came by for their scheduled appointment on-time and did the installation efficiently. The water tank was not easily able to drain so they had to be creative in getting it drained & out. I would recommend them & would use them myself again. I'm hoping that this one lasts longer than our last one which we had gotten from another company."

"We were not familiar with H20 Well and Pump, but knew they had been in Barrington for many years. We were referred to them when our well tank began to malfunction but was still under warranty. Our regular plumber was not able to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty, but Kurt got it done! And FAST. He and Mark promptly obtained the new free tank and installed it for a very modest labor cost (less than our plumber wanted to charge for labor). This saved us about $1,000. It was exceptional service and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable, great work, careful with our floors, and well-priced. We will be using them for all our well needs going forward!"
