"Their business practice is less than ideal. I have Home Choice warranty and put in the request for some electric issues. Smart Electric Services took my request and we set a time for March 29. The day before I called to confirm it, nobody answered the phone and so I left a message. By 10:00 a.m. the next morning no one had got back to me so I sent a text and ask for it to be rescheduled. I got a reply that said "that's okay. We couldn't have made it anyway." I didn't hear back from them until April 6th at 10:30 a.m. and they wanted to come the next day. I couldn't make that. It's 3 days later and no additional messages."
