"I had went here about 4 times before the last time that I had went, and I will never be returning. They busted a bolt on my skid plate and never told me about it. Now this is not a terrible fix and is relatively inexpensive, but the simple fact that every single tech and the manager who I assume watched the whole ordeal go down lacked the basic integrity to inform a customer on when they break something/something goes wrong. I am never coming back and I am telling everyone that I know in the area about this incident and to never come here."
