"Horrible or NO customer Service! Back in January I had placed an online order for curbside pick up and at arrival there was a sign to pick up inside. I did go inside only to find an employee to be very rude. I went home and sent a note to customer service but only received an automated reply and then a follow up stating it would be handled by a superior, but I am still waiting for a response from a real person. So here I am a month later and I give the store another try only to find the same situation. This time the cashier was the only one very busy with a long line and when I asked who could help me she said that she could, if I got into the long line of shoppers. If I could do that, I would not order online at all. There was also an older couple looking around for help and asked me. Unfortunately, I could not help them but they were obviously there waiting awhile and looking around for someone to help them. :( Don't go to Joann's unless you have a lot of time to waste and even more patience to wait in line and do not expect even the minimum customer service."

"Employees are fantastic (assuming you can find them) but the store looks like the aftermath of an earthquake."

"I love JoAnn Fabric and Crafts but this store specifically is going down the drain. Whoever the managers are for this location needs to be fired. The store is a disaster. This location won’t remain open for long looking this bad. Tons of merchandise behind the counter with dust on it because no one puts it out. No help for the poor employee at the front of the store—and she needed it due to a customer issue. Guys come on, bring in new management and you may have a chance to save your store."

"Good store, lots of craft supply besides fabrics, I like to shop for novelty buttons and charms that I make into earrings. Fabric is decent and there's very frequent sales. A bit larger of a Joanne's compared to the one I usually go to, so they likely have a better selection of fabrics (especially fleeces from what I see). Staff is friendly but the checkout is very slow, usually only one person there at a time and when people buy a lot of supplies it can take forever."

"Being a general purpose fabric store. I was surprised and delighted they had the thin 1/8" neoprene I needed to act as sound barrier on a small project. Be sure to check for sales or use a coupon, as regular pricing is high without."
