"I met Art as walk up customer , I told him what type of ring I imagine when I think of my upgraded engagement ring and he delivered. His sister works with him & she is super helpful as well. From the design to curation of the diamond to final product the whole process was seamless. Fair price too . I see him as the creator and her as the sales person :) . Very nice people . "The guy is nice BUT... more expensive than other location to pay for battery replacement in a beautiful watch. I went ahead since we were already there and the reviews were exceedingly high. Less than two weeks later (one week to be exact), the battery die and the watch stopped working. Problem? Can't return and ask for refund because live out of state and won't return for another year. :( UPDATE: The watch repairman care about customer services and willing to look at the issue to come to a solution. Thank you."

"Came here one day trying to sell a 20gram gold bar and I was told it was fake.. despite the fact that I bought the bar at bullion exchange a HIGHLY reputable gold dealer shop in the heart of New York City with a certificate of authenticity. The thing is he has a shop in a dying mall so maybe he just couldn’t afford it and decided to tell me that it’s fake. He also did a scratch test and claimed to say “yeah this is fake” the gold left behind particles WHICH IS WHAT REAL GOLD DOES… so if you don’t want to be insulted don’t come here and for the idiot that told me my bar was fake I ended up selling my REAL bar at a normal gold shop where they actually know what they’re talking about. This guy sells fake jewelry all day long so the feeling of real gold confused his walnut sized brain."

Art made a beautiful custom piece for me and I was astounded at how much say he allowed me to have in how it was done. His labor is always fairly priced and they will work with you on cost in terms of weight and quality. If I wanted a cheaper option they always helped me to understand why an item such as a diamond or a chain was cheaper. Very knowledgable, personable, and professional people."
