"Our family had a fire in the fall of 2022 that caused a significant amount of damage to our home. This is a very difficult time for anyone that has to go through this. It turns your life upside down and with more questions than answers. We were approached by lots of aggressive contractors and restoration services to rebuild our home. We ultimately chose to go with Midwest Restoration because we felt like they wanted to help us, not just get another job and make a fee. Everyone we worked with from day one clean up to the last day where we passed our final inspection and were able to move in were great to work with. They were patient, helped us navigate the paperwork with our insurance company, responded timely to our questions, and kept us up to speed with everything along the way. It was a very stressful time but they were there for us along the way. Needing to hire a restoration company is a very big decision and will cause a lot of headaches if you pick the wrong company. Midwest Restoration is a great company and we were not disappointed with our choice. We are very happy with the craftsmanship and helping us return our home to the condition is was originally. It's hard to believe they were able transform our home from what it looked like on the day of the fire to what it does now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family if they needed to hire someone in the future."

"We had the pleasure to work with Midwest Restoration Services to restore the church ceiling at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Sycamore, IL. The church is over 150 yrs. old. Following the installation of a new roof we had major cracks in the ceiling. The ceiling was replastered and painted. We also had some other painting done. Their workmanship was fantastic. Their dedication to ensuring quality work performed was great. The prep of the area was excellent, and the cleanup after words was superb. John & Chris managed the contract and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend their service for any restoration or construction work."

"The team who responded to our experience is fantastic! Above and beyond…what I expected!! The crew leader was timely, kind, patient, and did a great job explaining what they saw and next steps! The crew lead deserves HUGE accolades. When it rains it pours…this water issue hit us simultaneously with a serious family medical issue and two significant vehicle malfunctions. The medical issue delayed our immediate attention to the water issue for two days … the lead was kind, understanding and compassionate about our delay when they could have been frustrated. (Just being honest) The full crew took care in wrapping our furniture and protecting our belongings as they worked. They seemed in sync with one another…. Cohesive. All their kindness and collaboration helped make an awful situation… easier to work through. We are grateful."
