"Stopped to grab a coffee. Literally, 4-5 mins. He was patrolling the areas and instead of warning me, he waited as he saw me until I went to the coffee shop, and towed the car. Even though I was there when he was leaving, claiming he doesn't "know" how long I was there when I was holding a cup of coffee. No humanity, no tolerance. Was I wrong yes, but there is a fair case present there. I offered even to pay him on the lot. But they "only take cash". He towed a car over 10miles away for No reason. It just a horrible human factor with no tolerance value."

"Driver broke down Wednesday night, they were able to get out to the driver in less than 15 mins, which meant a lot because it was below zero temperatures. They followed the driver to their shop to try to avoid a tow. After the driver got to their shop they took her to a near by hotel, till the truck was repaired Truck took less than 24 hrs to repair, and they picked the driver back up after the truck was repaired. They communicated very well with the status of the truck when it was asked. Our company would refer and use Dazzo's again."

"I was so impressed with this auto repair establishment. I called and explained my issue and they quoted me a very fair price. Every other shop I called was over $200 more or said they needed to look at the car first (with a charge of $125). I also needed it to be done on a Saturday so that I could go to work on Monday. He understood and was able to give me an appointment. I dropped off the car and was called when it was finished for the same price he quoted me. He was honest and did everything he said he would.
