"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It should be enough for you that they are the ones giving themselves the 5 star reviews because no one else will! They left us without AC overnight with 2 small children on one of the hottest days of the year after lying and telling us they were going to be there at 8am. When the technicians arrived (private contractors who weren't employed for the business), they said they hadn't even received a request for us until the evening of the day the promised to be there and were told the appointment was for the next morning - they blatantly lied to us about their availability. When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me the runaround for over a month before I gave up. They did things like put me on hold for 20 minutes so I would hang up...act like they didn't know what I was talking about even though I'd called multiple times...telling me someone would call me back in a few hours and then they never did. The last person I spoke to literally PROMISED to call me back and of course, never did. They are con artists who gaslight you - avoid! I will say the technicians that arrived were great and helpful. I will be reaching out to them directly from now on."
