"Bad experience. Saw some transactions that didn't match up on the screen that was showed on the sheet printed at the end. Tried getting in contact but got the run around. Had to call their head quarter to get problem resolved. Don't just them. Your money will get ripped off and you will pay more than you should! The professionals here suck! You can find better people and better price for something you can do yourself with the online website. Only plus side is the main customer service people make sure they get your problem solved."

"I used them a year ago. I don't want to get into the details of my financial situation but the person doing my taxes didn't understand what I consider normal tax rules. When I tried to explain why I could do something with a retirement account he argued and said the investment firm I use isn't tax people and what I was saying isn't true. The funny part about it is the firm I use is vanguard and the advisor I talked to is a CPA, more of a tax person than the guy preparing my taxes at H&R block. I would advise going to a different location or tax company altogether. I shouldn't know more about my taxes than the person preparing them."
