"It is hard to put into words, what five stars adequately means! - I wish there were 20 stars. Being a former contractor who's no unable to work due to disability, my standards are pretty high. Let's begin, Sheri answered the phone in 2 rings, and I was talking to a real person, She said shed have pricing for me within a day- it came within 3 hours. The pricing was very fair, and once we were ready we called, to have the work scheduled. Sheri, once again answered the phone, knew exactly who we were, our job etc. She said " I think we can get the guys out there within 2 weeks" .. I got a text later, " They could be here within 2 days" ... Yes.. The foreman contacted me by phone that day to make sure we were all on the same page! .... I heard they would be there by Noon on the appointed day, - They called at 9am saying they were running early? - Seriously? who does that? the crew showed up, and extremely professional, did the work better than even I could have done it even before my disability! within 3 hours it was done, and you couldn't even tell a project had been done the site was left! The guys before they left, mentioned that one of our existing gutter guards they were using re using was broken, - they just took care of it, no charge. ...Sheri herself came by just to be 100% sure everything was as it should be! .. Impressed? - that doesn't even come close! - blown away! On this project to repair our home, we have 17 different contractors hired in. I have come to expect to have to chase them, hound them, get them to fix stuff, look for bait and switch, contractors showing up late, or not at all, over budget, over promised, underdelivered! - but I wish I was able to use these people for everything. - the experience was awesome... Sheri, to your whole crew from our family - a true Heartfelt thank you for a job incredibly well done!"
