They're affiliates with Samsung and was given a sales pitch. I was essentially told I was out of luck other than shipping my phone to California for their forensic team to maybe get the data back for a hefty price and if they got anything I would only get a flash drive with the missing pictures, texts, and contacts. Dr. Gadget is independently owned and care about your concerns, with ample information they guided me back to as close back to what I had prior to losing everything."
