"I highly recommend these guys, Bob and Brad are absolutely incredible guys and really take care of you! They’re extremely knowledgeable and fair!"
"Just like some other reviews say - stay away! Brought my Deere 318 for several fixes. They took forever to repair it. They DID NOT fix the issue and would not take responsibility for it. The gentleman who answers the phone and I believe runs the business has a poor attitude and actually yelled at me. Um, the customer is always right?? Please… do not use their services. Too bad since I live 5 minutes away and they’re in a prime spot for small engine repairs. Bottom line - they didn’t do the job!!"
"Lousy attitude, terrible customer service and long wait times once item is in for service, based on past experience. I asked if I could have my snow thrower serviced ahead of warranty expiration and seasonal "rush", and they said: "they don't work on snow throwers before October". Really?! This is totally unacceptable. I understand it is out of season equipment and I would expect to be put last on the list; maybe a month or so from now, but to not even accept the item for service... where is their business sense. Also, avoid Simplicity Brand snow throwers. $700 unit has been used about 5 times and has been in for service for the same problem TWICE (going on third). One due to a manufacturing flaw, which the manufacturer will not own up to, despite the complaints of many owners with similar problems online. Unit is a lemon and there is probably a good reason they have a 2 year warranty. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to the big box store where you have more recourse with bureaucracy and find a reputable independent shop for service. I will be taking my Honda mower and Simplicity snow thrower elsewhere."
"Awesome experience! Great price and excellent service. Matt asked alot of questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct lawn mower for my particular needs. I bought a new Honda and it is perfect. This is my second purchase from Wasco Lawn And Power. I bought a used snowblower about 4 years ago and it is still running great. I will recommend this company to my family and friends, they are great!!"
"Something has been bothering me since I had them pick the unit up for the 1st year maintenance since. I may have misunderstood Matt since the unit was purchased over a year ago, but shouldn't someone contact you if they are going to spend your money? After the unit was complete, I received a phone call letting me know the charges were $225. At that time, I asked why and told them I had thought the 1st year was free and was advised that ONLY the pickup and delivery were no charge. I paid the invoice and had the unit delivered. I figured I would call and express my dissatisfaction. 5/25/15 called in and spoke to Matt and was pretty taken back. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, it was as if I was bothering him. I asked why they would not have called to let me know the total before they proceeded and was told "It is NOT our procedure", we only call if repairs are needed. Since they had replaced some blades (unbenounced to me) I asked if that is normal to replace during maintenance and he said "No, only sharpening of the blades". I asked if they should called to let me know there would be extra charges, and again, "Not our procedure". I normally try to settle any disputes before leaving someone a negative review, but when I spoke to Matt, it seemed like I was just a bother to him and WHY would I assume the 1st year maintenance is free? After he looked up my account and, proceeded to tell me I was actually undercharged.. I guess I should be expecting a bill in the mail? Like Jerry said in the other review, they feel it is fine to treat the customers rudely and not worried about losing customers."
