"I purchased a 6-needle embroidery machine here in 2023. They answered ALL my question (and there were alot). I met many team members that day in the store and they were all eager to assist and help. The purchasing process was extremely smooth and they quickly worked out a delivery day that worked with my schedule. They delivered the machine with it's stand, set it up, and proceeded to slowly walk me through the basics. They again answered any and all of my questions. I was given the two gents' cell numbers and was told to contact them anytime with questions or issues. Thankfully I didn't have any for a long time, until... I had a malfunction with the machine here in Jan 2024 right when I had a large customer order to get through! Isn't that just perfect timing. I sent a text with a video to Denton (gent's name) after hours and told him no need to respond tonight. He promptly responded and let me know he would call the next day to troubleshoot. He did just that and let me know that their in-person repair member would be calling me soon. That person, Larry, called within an hour or two and was able to troubleshoot with me OVER THE PHONE! Saving me a $75 in-person appointment fee. This family owned center is worth your patronage! They have been nothing but honest, helpful, and kind. "This is a place I take my sewing machine for cleaning. They have a large variety of sewing machines / sergers /embroidery machines. The associates are very friendly and helpful. They offer classes to learn your machine as well. They also offer a few bolts of fabric / plenty sewing machine supplies / threads / patterns. The service department is very good and about a 10-day to two week turnaround."
