"I had an appointment to replace the screen saver a second time on my Flip Z after having it done the first time two months prior. The gentleman said it would be three hours because of other repairs ahead of mine and that due to a flaw design, the new protector would probably not stay on either. I can accept the flaw design, but I didn't understand why a repair that took 30 minutes the first time would take three hours with an appointment. I just didn't have the three hours to leave it, and I live 45 minutes away from the store, making it very inconvenient to return for it. I'm assuming it was being treated as a low priority. I was told to call ahead to make sure they still have the screen protector in stock before I come in again for the repair."
