My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and due to a prior history of mold-related illness (CIRS) and chemical sensitivity issues for myself, we knew that we would need to test and remediate for mold in our new basement/crawl space. Not only did Greg and his team do an excellent job removing the mold and repairing a few foundation cracks using an efficient and thorough approach, but he also provided a lot of education on proper maintenance and prevention to avoid dealing with these issues again in the future. He made himself available to us and answered our many questions throughout our home buying/inspection process, and was a pleasure to work with during an otherwise stressful time.
