"I recently started visiting this Jiffy Lube instead of the South Elgin location, mostly due to convenience but also due to a poor experience at the South Elgin location. On every visit I'm greeted warmly by a welcoming staff, this team is great. You can see they work well together too, like a well-oiled machine. The waiting space is very clean and well maintained, including the bathroom. Complimentary coffee/cocoa is provided, self-service. On my most recent visit, I noticed an issue after service, and when I mentioned this to the management team via email, they called me promptly to make things right. They properly diagnosed the problem, quoted parts and labor, and scheduled me immediately to get my car fixed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and I hope they extend this type of customer service to all their clients."
"Service was fine, price was outrageous. I paid $112.88 for an oil change. Huntley Ford charges me $56.86. That's almost double, won't ever go there again. I have the invoices to prove it."
