"Owen took such good care of my 16 1/2 year-old dachshund. He looked so refreshed and renewed when I picked him up. As to not stress my old boy too much, they kept quietly under the front desk until I came to pick him up. I really appreciate the special attention. This place is awesome!"

"This was our first time and I am so beyond impressed by Owen. We took our toy poodle in, and while she is a small dog she has 2 “big” sisters who have shown her all the bad habits of rolling in mud, exploring the woods and coming home with trees growing out of her hair. She went in on an urgent grooming since she decided to play in a sticker burr bush and was an absolute mess. I was sure Owen would have to shave her down to nothing, but to my surprise she was not completely naked when I picked her up. But even more than that, she wasn’t scared and shaking when I got there. She “liked” our last groomer but this was a total game changer. She has been nicked and even cut pretty deep during a grooming so she tends to get really nervous and often times, she poops. Owen said she did amazing and didn’t get nervous at all. She usually is overly attached to me when I get her and this time she was so excited to see me but wasn’t scared to walk around the room. We moved over an hour away but will continue to drive back to see only Owen from now on. Owen, thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my little one and we truly are so grateful for your kindness!"

"Highly HIGHLY recommend them! They are always so nice and great at working me in! I have 2 fluffy chows that I don’t do a good job at keeping up with their grooming myself due to my mental health but they never judge me or make me feel bad and always give helpful advice! I know my one dog can be a huge brat but they always do such a great job with handling and taking care of him! The staff is really amazing and super nice! I really appreciate them, their business and taking care of my doggies like they are their own! ❤️"
